Pneumatic Pumps

Pneumatic Pumps

Advantages

  • It has no rotating components.
  • Contains few moving parts.
  • Low maintenance (no lubrication)
  • Long working life
  • In case of dry running, there is no risk of overheating.
  • High corrosion resistance
  • Working pressure p=4 bar
  • Max head hmax= 38 mt
  • Max flow Qmax= 650 I/min

Suction Pumps

The suction and discharge pump is controlled by a float. The Knirps type pump sucks water directly from the bottom and is designed for low-level water. To activate the suction pump, it is necessary to connect the air line to its source. The performance curves were recorded at working pressure of 4 bar and indicate the delivery quantity Q, the compressed air consumption QI, the delivery height H. Performance curves (QH chart) of submersible pumps were recorded under the conditions described above.

Submersible Pumps

Feeding pumps are also controlled by a float and are used as a fully automatic submersible pump. Unlike these suction pumps, it only consumes air pressure during the pumping process. The feed pump or submersible pump (series U0, U1, U2 and U3) is placed directly in a cesspool. With drained floors, the pump does not need to be turned off, because there is no water flow, the air pressure remains off.
