MCC Board Features

Feeding and controlling of the motors in the system are done with MCC panels. MCC boards contain the necessary equipment for main supply units and control. It also has the necessary communication infrastructure for PLC, central automation and SCADA systems. The system automatically protects the motors and all electrical equipment in the field against excessive voltage drop and rise.

Safety and Security Measures We Take as APEKS:

1. Bare parts carrying voltage in the MCC Panel are protected against accidental touching.

2. If the live parts are not protected, a distance of at least 1 meter is left between the bare parts and the room boundary. If there is a bare part on both sides, the width of the intermediate place is designed as 2 meters.

3. An empty passageway of at least 90 cm is left in front of the panel.

4. A death hazard sign is hung on the panel.

5. All metal parts of the panel that do not have electricity are grounded.

6. The floor of the service passage behind the panel is covered with PVC.

7. In order to prevent the intervention of unauthorized persons, the panel cage lock is kept locked at all times.
