“Data Classification”: Personal data is determined according to the data classification policy of the institution. If there is a compliance regulation (KVKK, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001) to which the institution is subject, it must be classified and labeled according to the personal data classification policy.

“Data Leakage Prevention – DLP (Data Loss Prevention)”: It is used for the prevention and detection of data leaks, in order to prevent critical information from leaving the institution via the web, e-mail and user computers. Prevents data labeled as confidential by the data classification solution from being taken outside the organization.

“Data Encryption, Masking and Anonymization”: We use Gemalto products as a database-level data protection, encryption and masking solution. Pursuant to the KVK Law, the environments in which sensitive personal data are processed, stored and/or accessed, and the electronic media is required to be kept by using cryptographic methods and cryptographic keys are required to be kept in secure and different environments.

How Do We Manage Your KVKK Compliance Process?

The Protection of Personal Data Compliance Project includes the following project phases, project steps and related outputs. The priorities and contents of these phases in the project evaluation and review can be arranged by the Authority if necessary.
