A suitable transport unit is required so that heavy loads can be transported at all times. Elements such as hydraulic drive, variable pulling force and stepless rope speed regulation offer cost-effective possibilities. Göllner Hydraulic Unit series are useful with their safe and robust structure. Hydraulic Unit works with closed circuit system, is controlled by manual control or specially electrically. They are equipped with a horizontal pump, so that the right or left speed can be adjusted. The magnitude and direction of the velocity flow is controlled by a joystick.

Pressure circulation is automatically observed. If the set minimum pressure drops, the system will stop itself. The liquid level of the pressure medium is controlled by an integrated switch. The regulating pumps used are equipped with a double-sided pressure breaker. When the maximum operating pressure is reached, the pump operating capacity reduces the velocity current required to prevent leakage.

Hydraulic Units can be equipped with a performance valve to prevent the flange connection electric motors from overloading. Thus, it reduces the rotation angle of the pump when it reaches the maximum working pressure.

The cooling process of the pressurized medium is done with air. Additional water can also be used in the cooling process of hydraulic aggregates. The water cooling process is controlled by the thermostat valve. It is foreseen that the Hydraulic Units will be operated with flange-mounted motors. All necessary connection dimensions and technical specifications of the electric motor must be specified when ordering.
