Tertiary Crusher, which is one of the impact crushers , is used in mining, construction, quarrying fields, especially in high-capacity facilities. Tertiary crushers are produced as an alternative to vertical shaft crushers and are used to obtain 0-5 mm material (sand) in medium hard materials. The main feature that distinguishes it from vertical shaft crushers is that it can feed material up to 70 mm. The crushing process takes place by the process of hitting the material with the pendulums by the double-sided rotating rotor at high speed. Thanks to the adjustable outlet opening, the desired size of the product can be taken. Thanks to the specially designed impact plates and high rotor speed, wear is low and the rate of obtaining dust or sand is high. It is very easy to maintain since fully opening hydraulic covers are used. The initial investment cost is very low.

Vertical Shaft Crushers are tertiary crushers used to obtain sand and gravel by breaking medium-sized hard-abrasive quarry and stream material and to improve the flat material coming out of the cone crusher by cubing. The fed material is crushed by hitting the rock on the wall of the stator and/or the anvils around it. The material (sprinkling) falling from the overflow spaces around the feeding mouth is also ensured to be broken by colliding with the materials thrown from the outlet mouth of the rotor.
