Security Camera Systems – IP Cameras (Network cameras)

Network cameras or IP-based cameras are cameras that can transmit images in high resolutions from 1Mp to 4K Ultra HD. In IP cameras, the image can be sent directly over the mesh network. IP cameras use network (Category 5 or 6) cables to transmit the data signal and receive their power supply via an adapter or PoE (Power Over Ethernet) systems. IP cameras are recommended for new and large installations as they allow for greater customization in terms of features and variety. Although the cost of the system seems high at first, it provides more advantages in terms of continuity in the future.
