The foundation of Öğütler Supermarket was laid by Hakkı and Ömer ÖĞÜT in 1964 as a small neighborhood grocery store in Ulucanlar district. Father and son soon gained the love and trust of the people of the region with their work discipline and honesty. The efforts of Hakkı and Ömer ÖĞÜT paid off and ÖĞÜT Grocery Store opened its second branch in Gülveren in 1968, and ÖĞÜT Grocery store became a mini chain with 3 branches and added a new dimension to retailing in those years. With the passing of time, the second generation that followed took the lead of development and progress and took the first steps of institutionalization. Three young businessmen (Abbas -Sadık and Hamza ÖĞÜT) who took on this task, started to work with ÖĞÜTLER GIDA SAN. SUN. TİC.LTD. They established STI. Coming from a family of new generation artisans and being in this business from a young age, they have fulfilled their duties in the best way with the advantage of being in this business and the sense of responsibility they have assumed.

Öğütler Supermarket established its first branch in 1991 in Eryaman district with a 500 square meter store and Ankara's largest supermarket at that time, and continued its steady growth by putting it into service in the field of food retailing in Ankara with 13 branches it later incorporated, within the framework of trust, quality and customer-oriented trade policy.

Öğütler Supermarket was established in 1999 as Burç Gıda Üretim Paz. Aş and acted as the Ankara dealer of Şekersüt Mamulleri. Later on, it continues to manufacture cake-dessert-and other bakery products under the Burç Gıda company in order to offer clean, high quality and cheap bakery products to the people of Ankara.

Öğütler started the construction of a facility with a milking capacity of 1000 cattle in Kalfat town in the middle district of Çankırı province in 2009 and as of 2010, the facility started operating under the brand name Öğütler Our Farm with 300 pregnant heifers imported from Detroit, USA. The milk production capacity of our enterprise is 25 tons and it offers its own milk to its customers with products that do not contain additives and preservatives in its own factory.

Advices Our own farm continues to produce daily sheep milk with 3,000 sheep. It turns the produced sheep's milk into Tulum cheese with its unique flavor without using additives and preservatives, and offers it for sale on its counters after at least 6 months of fermentation.
