Plant Automation

The control panel is table type and there is a mimic diagram showing the material flow and the electric motors in the operation. It provides real-time monitoring and control of all processes belonging to the processes.

Crusher Automation

Adjusting the process parameters with the help of the control panel allows to reach the maximum production capacity. It reduces the maintenance and operating costs by preventing the machines from being overloaded, and helps to increase productivity and product quality.

Some features of our Automation System…

Sequential start : In order to prevent sudden load on the transformer or generator, the breakers in the facility are activated sequentially according to the engine power. Then the plant starts to operate according to the parametric times entered from the bottom to the top.

Sequential Stop : When the stop operation is applied, first the feeders are stopped, then the bands, sieves and crushers are stopped in reverse order, again depending on the time parameters. For the crushers to stop, it is expected to reach the amperage value drawn at idle.

Interlocked operation : The operation of an engine depends on the engine running in front of it. An engine that stops for any reason will stop the engines associated with it. Breakers are only stopped due to their own faults (such as overcurrent, oil pressure). In this way, stop and go to breakers are prevented in case of minor malfunctions. After the fault is resolved, the stopped engines are restarted and the plant continues to operate from where it left off.

Current control in crushers : By controlling the crusher currents, the feeder is intervened according to the current, excessive stress of the crushers is prevented and the plant is ensured to work efficiently at full capacity.

Breaker maintenance times : Maintenance time parameters are entered for the crushers. The Operator is warned when the crusher operating times come to the maintenance time.

Animation : The operation of the plant, the faults occurring in the plant, the crusher current values, the feeder speeds, the belt scale values, the crusher operating times can be monitored.

Failure Controls: Thermal throttle for all motors, rope switch for bands, band recording, band breakage, current, lubrication and hydraulic unit controls for breakers.

Belt Weigher : The tonnages passing over the belt scales in the facility are displayed instantly, their records are kept and they can be reported from the desired date ranges.

Automatic Filling : In case there is a belt scale on the stock belts or if there is a scale on the belts under the stock bunkers, the truck filling can be done with automation control in the desired tonnages. Even in order logic, in magnetic card systems, the truck driver can fill the magnetic card by reading the devices without any personnel at the filling area.

Fault Records : Occurring faults are displayed on the fault screen. Like “Tertiary Breaker Discharge Belt Recording”. Records of these faults are kept. In addition, the records of warnings such as "It's Time for Cone Crusher Maintenance", "Cone Crusher High Flow", "Primer Crusher Working Idle for 30 minutes" can be kept and reported at any time.
