It is produced as screwed and riveted in line with the customer's demand, and the plastics of the chisels produced from wear-resistant and food-grade materials (POM) are fixed on the mold pipe with rivets. When necessary, the plastic of the chisel can be changed easily due to the riveted connection. In addition, an alternative production method is realized by directly processing the requested biscuit design on plastic rings that are suitable for food and wear-resistant, and arranging them on a steel pipe to maintain the rigidity of the whole mold. When the dough thickness is stable, there is a guarantee of weight balance below 2% in our molds.
