Carbon Heaters

carbon films; It is a high-tech heater produced without the use of wire and resistance. Heating is provided by the nano-carbon special mixture inside. There are silver conductors on both sides of the carbon films and the electricity supply is made from these. The heating film is 0.5 mm thick. The film consists of many layers. Inefficient products such as heating wire, heating cable or resistance are not used in the film.

The heat source is the very thin black (nano-carbon) layer in the middle. Carbon Films are made in Korea and are CE certified to European standards. Carbon Film heats up in a very short time and starts to heat the environment instantly. The surface temperature is around 45°C on average.

• The heat is evenly distributed on the floor, thus allowing easy heating of the entire space.
• In classical systems, no matter how much the air is heated, the floor always remains cold and the feet get cold, this problem has disappeared in the underfloor heating system.
• The dome or ceiling of the mosque is heated by systems such as honeycomb and air conditioning. But the congregation never gets warm. Because the human foot and knee gets cold. Thanks to the carbon film, the congregation is heated under the carpet.
• Since the carbon film application will be under the carpet, it does not require any maintenance and cleaning.
• Since it is made of insulating material in terms of structure, it does not cause electrical leakage.
• It is easy to apply and does not cause any damage or destruction to the carpets.
• The heating power of 80 cm heater films per meter/tulle is 220-240 watts/m.
