1-FEATURES:

a) Contents: It is a liquid, protective insulation material based on PVA copolymer.

Depending on the amount of water mixed into it, a semi-matt or glossy appearance is obtained. Its water resistance is very high. It can be easily wiped and washed with detergent water.

b) Application Areas: İzolataç is applied on plain plaster, exposed concrete, ytong, brick, eternit, wood chipboard and all kinds of painted, whitewashed and plastered surfaces.

c) Colors: White and optional special colors can also be made.

d) Packaging: İzolataç is offered for sale in 20 kg packages.

2- BEFORE APPLICATION:

a) Surface Preparation: The application surface must be free of all kinds of oil, dirt and rust.

c) Product Preparation: The product is prepared according to the desired consistency; It is made ready for use by mixing at least 3 scales and maximum 5 scales of water into 1 scale.

d) Preparation of Application Tools: It is applied with a roller and brush.

3- APPLICATION:

a) Application Method (or Forms): The product, which is made ready for application, should be applied in multiple series as one or two layers.

b) Considerations: The temperature limit during application should not be less than +5 degrees and should not be worked under the scorching sun.

4-AFTER APPLICATION:

a) Drying Time: First drying: 15 minutes

Final drying: 1 hour

b) Storage of the Product: The material should be stored in places above zero degrees.

c) Storage of Application Tools: After the product is applied, the application tools and equipment should be cleaned thoroughly with water and removed.

5-CONSUMPTION (CONSUMPTION):

With 1 Kg Isolataç, 10-20 m2 surface can be isolated according to the desired consistency.
