Biltur Catering, which was established in 1993 to meet the nutritional needs of students in schools within the body of Bilfen Group of Companies, started to produce mass meals in line with the demands received from corporate companies that purchased catering services in the following years.

Our production activities, which started with the Istanbul Dudullu Central Factory, continue today with the Kıraç, Gebze Şekerpınar, Ankara Ostim factories on the European side of Istanbul and on-site production facilities located all over Turkey.

Our company has taken its place among the most modern and hygienic facilities of Turkey with a total closed area of 22.000 m2, daily production capacity of 130.000 people and nearly 1000 employees.
