OHSAS 18001: OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

One of the most important human resources problems encountered in organizations is that employees do not have a safe and healthy working environment. In order for organizations to reach better competitive conditions, they need to carry out planned and systematic studies on occupational health and safety of their employees. Standards such as TS EN ISO 9001 and TS EN ISO 14001 focused on quality and environmental management, so a separate standard was needed in order to ensure occupational health and safety in organizations and to protect them by continuous improvement.
