As is known, security services within our region are carried out through physical control methods such as vehicle patrols. Feedback received over the past period has revealed the need to improve the current system with more effective and next-generation technologies.
While OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone's security statistics are currently at a good level, discussions with industry experts and requests received have revealed that improving this situation through technology-focused steps, reducing the number of patrol vehicles to achieve resource efficiency, and building a sustainable structure are inevitable for a safer OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone.
The need for the use of developing new generation security systems and technologies in our region and businesses has been deemed vital, and our Regional Directorate has decided to install alarm systems in all businesses and control them from a single point.
These efforts aim to combat potential problems in our businesses, prevent possible incidents, protect our businesses from damage, ensure that your operations are carried out in a safer environment, provide a high-quality and efficient security service, and, with the new application, reduce the security component included in the membership fees of our valued members.
Efforts have been made to include all businesses in our region in the alarm system, and it has been decided to obtain services from Tepe Güvenlik A.Ş.
Within this scope, the following procedures will be implemented according to the current situation of the businesses:
- ** BUSINESSES WITHOUT AN ALARM SYSTEM **: No fees will be charged to your business for the alarm system (3-sensor system). Within the scope of the application, your business will only pay Tepe Güvenlik A.Ş. a monthly alarm monitoring fee. The ownership of the system to be installed by Tepe Güvenlik A.Ş. will be in OSTİM OSB, and only the right of use belongs to your business. The cost and responsibility for any additional requirements (sensors, cameras, smoke detectors, gas detectors, etc.) recommended by your business during the site survey conducted by Tepe Güvenlik A.Ş. and OSTİM OSB Regional Directorate teams are your responsibility. 2. ** BUSINESSES RECEIVING ALARM MONITORING SERVICE FROM TEPE GÜVENLİK A.Ş.: ** Your current situation will continue. After the expiration of your current contract, service will be provided under the new application with a subscription fee **( Monthly alarm monitoring fee) **. 3. ** BUSINESSES RECEIVING ALARM MONITORING SERVICES FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY: ** This service will be redirected to Tepe Güvenlik A.Ş., and Tepe Güvenlik A.Ş. will provide your business with 3 (three) months of free alarm monitoring services. After that, your business will pay Tepe Güvenlik A.Ş. a monthly alarm monitoring fee. 4. ** OTHER: ** Businesses that have an alarm system but do not receive alarm monitoring services from any company will receive services from Tepe Güvenlik A.Ş. for the integration, integrity, sustainability, and quality of the system. Your business will pay Tepe Güvenlik A.Ş. a monthly alarm monitoring fee.
In the new period at OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone, the currently implemented patrol services will be gradually phased out. Alarms received through the established system will be forwarded to designated teams, who will then respond to the workplace.
As part of the project, Tepe Güvenlik A.Ş. personnel will visit your company or contact you via phone at 444 8 373 to follow up on the relevant procedures and carry out the installations.
