Lubricated LE for single stage compaction

This single stage oil reciprocating compressor allows filtered air to enter both cylinders via the inlet valve. The piston is pushed forward by the connecting rod attached to the balanced crankshaft. The maximum working pressure is 10 bar (145 psi). Capacities range from 3.4 to 31.7 l/s at 50 Hz and between 8.3 and 79.8 cfm at 60 Hz. Air compressed in the cylinders exits through the outlet valve when the pressure is 10 bar (145 psi).

Oily LT for two-stage compression

The LT two-stage oil reciprocating compressor ensures that filtered air enters only one cylinder. This low pressure cylinder supplies air to the second (high pressure) cylinder, which can operate at a maximum pressure of 15, 20 and 30 bar (218, 290 or 435 psi) at capacities: • Between 3.1 and 11.7 l/s at 50 Hz 15 bar (218 psi), 7.6 to 23.1 cfm at 60 Hz. • 2.1 to 18.0 l/s at 50 Hz 20 bar (290 psi), 5.7 to 44.3 cfm at 60 Hz. • Between 2.5 and 17 l/s at 50 Hz, 30 bar (435 psi), 6.6 and 41.7 cfm at 60 Hz. The compression temperature is lowered between two stages for higher compression efficiency.
