Hulusi DEMİR, who worked as a driller in MTA, TURKEY Petroleum, DSI and later Iller Bank Drilling Teams, determined the deficiency of the country's industry in drilling, and started the production of drilling machines, materials and spares under the name of SONDAJ SANAYİ in 1969 with his brother Mustafa DEMİR.
