Our company, which was established in 1993 under the name of EBA TEKNİK, worked as an automotive supplier industry for a while. In this process, which lasted for almost three years, washers, covers, etc., to be used in various gearboxes and differentials. The production of parts and the design and manufacture of the molds used in the production of these parts were carried out.

In 1997, the company's name was changed to ethical design , while it was restructured with the partnership of nine expert engineers.

The main purpose of the partnership was determined as "to bring together knowledge and experience, to experience the pleasure of producing and sharing together".

One of the main objectives was that the partnership should not be limited to the main expert staff and that it would expand continuously.

In the restructuring process; While consulting, training , design and production were determined as the main fields of activity of the company, basic principles were also defined:

• Ethical design confronts its customers with a technical human identity in every field it serves. This identity is never indispensable and uncompromised.
• design ethics' Anyone doing business that everyone does business and ethical design is seen as the company's partner. Therefore, every employee and every customer means a long-term cooperation for ethical design.
• While every work to be done in ethical design is pre-evaluated, its suitability for engineering ethics and humanistic worldview is discussed. Accordingly, it is decided whether the work should be done or not.
• Environmental awareness, sharing knowledge, which is the universal accumulation of humanity, and evaluating universal resources with an engineering approach are among the main priorities of ethical design.
