Judicial Publishing House started its activities as a small business in 1984 in Ankara Zafer Çarşısı, founded by Yaşar KAVAS, Ahmet KAVAS and Hüseyin YILDIRIM.

In its establishment, it initially aimed to publish and market university textbooks. First publication by Prof. Dr. It is the work of Sadık KIRBAŞ called “State Property”. Later, the courses taught in many universities in Turkey and the books prepared by distinguished faculty members were published. Over time, it has expanded its service area with its publications in the fields of culture and art.

In 1983, it published the first books on Preparation for Inspector, Judge, Prosecutor and District Governor's Exams in Turkey and became an important brand in this field.

In 1990, Judicial Printing Publishing Distribution Ltd. Sti. was restructured and started to be managed by Ömürden KAVAS and Yılmaz Ulaş KAVAS. In 2001, this structuring Inst. See. Hasan Can OKTAYLAR participated as Editor-in-Chief and Engin POLAT as Institutionalization Coordinator. This restructuring has been a milestone for the publishing house.

Thus, studies have been initiated to create a service area and brand that will start in the education sector from Ankara and spread throughout Turkey.
