Cooking and serving.. Two of the best things we have done for distinguished public institutions and corporate private companies since 1989. Our field of work is mass food production, special meals, cocktail and organization services.

In 1990, with the Dr. Muhittin Ülker Emergency and Traumatology Hospital, which was privatized for the first time in Turkey, on-site food production and presentation started.

As a result of our efforts aimed at different service understanding and unlimited customer satisfaction, our central kitchen was established in order to meet the demands. Our factory, which was established in 2004 and has a closed area of 1000 m2, provides transportation and catering services and its capacity is 7658 units/day.

As Mendika food, we produce and present 40,000 dishes, mostly in Ankara, together with our out-of-town projects. We provide these services with our 800 insured personnel.

Mendika Yemek ve Catering has been awarded national and international quality certificates by the Turkish Standards Institute, with its understanding of service that knows no bounds in quality.
