OSTİM Industrial Investments and Operations Inc. held its 2025 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting in the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Conference Hall.
In accordance with the articles of association, Orhan Aydın, Chairman of the Board of Directors of OSTİM Yatırım, became the Chairman of the Assembly. Aydın, recalling the work carried out in OSTİM from the past to the present, drew attention to the importance of OSTİM Yatırım's activities in supporting SMEs in OSTİM.
OSTİM Investment General Manager Abdullah Çörtü presented the company's 2025 activities to the partners. Stating that the number of countries to which exports are made will reach 73 in 2025, Çörtü informed the partners about the renewable energy investments they have made to reduce their carbon footprint within the scope of the EU Green Deal. General Manager Çörtü stated that OSTİM Investment A.Ş. and its subsidiaries have invested in a solar power plant with an installed capacity of 2.3 MW to meet their own consumption needs.
The Board of Directors' activities and financial reports were discussed and subsequently approved by the general assembly.
