Important Reminders

Our prices are the delivery price of our OSTİM Facility. • Machine boxes will be opened by us. Therefore, it is only your responsibility to transport the boxes to the place where they will be installed. • Any responsibility arising from not fulfilling the conditions in the liabilities section or not being provided within the stipulated time belongs to the customer.

Warranty Specification

1. The machine is dry, free from oil and moisture 2. Conditions that occur after misuse of the machine are not included in the warranty. 3. Necessary lubrication should be done in the periodic lubrication and oil change table mounted on the machine. 4. The maintenance specified by the manufacturer should be done regularly. 5. The supply of spare parts used in the machine from any manufacturer other than the KARADUMAN machine and their installation in the system eliminates the warranty. 6. Commissioning, repair and change of the machine is done by the technical team of KARADUMAN Machinery. Provided that the above conditions are met, the complete facility is under our guarantee for 4 years from the date of commissioning.
