General features
Sugar is filled into the feeding silo via vibratory sieve. The granulated sugar is conveyed to the reservoir with automatic level control by the feeding screw. The granulated sugar flowing to the mixer from here is mixed with a certain amount of water sprayed by the dosing pump and transferred to the collection area. Moist granulated sugar mixed with water is loaded in synchronous speed according to the pressing head through the forced mold loading box. The mold pin placed around the drum passes over the adjustment cam that regulates the amount of sugar entering the mold (weight adjustment), and is compressed on the press arm by the pressing cam and ensures that the moist sugar is pressed into cubes. As the piston passes over the sugar pouring cam, it leaves the moistened sugar in the cam onto the steel mesh belt. The forehead surfaces of the die pins are cleaned by a wet bristle brush. The moist candies pass through the drying ovens on the belt and come to the filling robot, where each box is automatically filled in the desired order. Boxes coming out of the box machine go to the filling robot. The full box coming out of the filling robot is taken to the box closing machine, which is the last point of the facility, as packaged.
Machines that Make up the Facility
The facility consists of 6 machines working in full synchronization with each other.

Agitator Mixer

Crystal granulated sugar is moistened by spraying with water from a regulated dosing pump. The system, which is made of stainless steel, is mixed by the leaves in the mixer and the sugar coming to the next bar butene filling chamber is ready to be filled into the molds.

Barbutan

The moistened crystal sugar coming from the mixer is filled into sugar molds by means of rake shafts rotating at a certain speed. All surfaces in contact with the product are stainless steel. Bar butene is made of materials suitable for food category.

drum

In the bar butene system, the moist sugar filled in the molds at a certain dose can be adjusted in the desired weight by turning the drum on its own axis with the help of cams. In the presses on the drum system, moist sugar is compressed and poured onto the stainless steel mesh band with hammers in rows. This portable system is completely made of stainless steel and hard bronze alloy materials.

Drying Ovens

Moist sugar cubes poured from the drum system on the stainless steel mesh band in neat rows enter the drying ovens. In these ovens, sugar removes the moisture it contains at a certain rate. Porcelain resistances are used in these furnaces, which have a special heat transfer system. Since it is possible to adjust the temperature of each oven, 50% of the desired humidity is provided during the drying phase without disturbing the sugar properties. The total length of these furnaces is min. 30 m and max. 40 m. (A special system, a rotary kiln, is used in the facilities established at 15 meters)

Cooling Furnaces

The sugar cubes coming out of the drying ovens are dehumidified at the rate of 70-80% with a special operation. The cube sugar coming out of the drying ovens also rises to around 30 C from the cooling ovens. The candies, whose drying operations are finished, come to the filling robot at the end of the conveyor and become ready for operation.

The boxes are filled in the desired rows equipped with the PLC system, which is the latest product of the technology. It is a single control unit and the drum and other equipment can be controlled from this control unit. The control unit of the system is touch-tic and it has been made more useful for the operator. As a result of the R&D studies of our expert staff, the facility is optionally mounted with a camera system in order to make the facility easier to use as an operator.

RMK-PLC 2 Type Fully Automatic Box Machine

The machine glues and folds the envelope type printed cardboards placed manually in the open cardboard section with a ¼ system and thus turns them into an open box. This machine adjusts its speed according to the information it receives from the filling robot. It works as soon as the box is needed. It stops automatically when it makes the desired amount of boxes. It sends the box that the robot needs to the robot.

RMK-PLC 2 Type Fully Automatic Box Sealing Machine

The side and mouth covers of the open filled box coming from the filling robot via the full box conveyors are glued and closed in this machine. If desired, this unit can also be fitted with a date making unit, and it works fully synchronously with other machines.

Screw Feeding Unit

It is made of stainless steel, which operates at the same rate as the mixer section of the tablet machine in the system. It also includes the screw feeding unit. The screw feeding unit automatically provides the sugar requirement as much as the tablet machine needs.

Assembly

The installation of the facility is done by our technical team without any extra charge, after the necessary factory conditions are provided by you, max. It will be completed in 2 weeks. On the other hand, you are responsible for the round-trip travel expenses of the 3 technical men to be sent by us, the full board hotel reservation and the return trips from the place where the machine will be installed to the place where the machine will be installed.

Our prices are the delivery price of our OSTİM Facility. • Machine boxes will be opened by us. Therefore, it is only your responsibility to transport the boxes to the place where they will be installed. • Any responsibility arising from not fulfilling the conditions in the liabilities section or not being provided within the stipulated time belongs to the customer.

Warranty Specification

Machines should be fed with a minimum of 6 bar pressure that is dry, free from oil and moisture. • Situations that occur after misuse of the machine are not included in the warranty. • Required lubrication should be done in the periodic lubrication and oil change table mounted on the machine. • The maintenance specified by the manufacturer should be done regularly. • The sugar coming into the machine should be free from all kinds of foreign matter and should be in crystalline form. Clumping due to moisture and foreign substances in sugar cause irreversible damage to the drum part of the plant and therefore to the molds. • The supply of spare parts used in the machine from any manufacturer other than Karaduman Makine and their installation in the system eliminates the warranty. • The commissioning, repair and change of the facility are made by the technical team of Karaduman Makine. • Wearable parts; Barbuten Polyamides, Filling Robot sheets, Conveyor pluretens, Box Machine Vacuum tires, Drying Conveyor Mesh Belts are not covered by the warranty. Provided that the above conditions are met, the complete facility is under our guarantee for 4 years from the date of commissioning.
