Floor Preparation: The metallic surfaces on which the silicone paint will be applied must be clean and dry, and all kinds of oil, dirt, rust on the surface should be thoroughly cleaned until the metal surface appears.
Application Method: Silicone-based zinc chromate “Plas'coll Zinc Rich” primer should be used as the first coat, it should be applied in 1 or 2 coats 2-4 hours after the primer application, waiting for 30-60 minutes between the coats.
As for the wall surfaces, it should be applied in the same way after the cracks have been filled with suitable sealant and the rough surfaces have been sanded and cleaned of oil, dirt and moisture.
Usage: It is applied by brush, roller or gun. It is recommended to wait at least 72 hours after the topcoat application without being exposed to water, heat and moisture.
Product Preparation: It is thinned according to its consistency with the special “Plas'coll Industrial Thinner”.
Storage Life: It can be stored for 1 year in closed places, where it is not exposed to direct sunlight.
