Founded by Uğur Ceylan, Ceylan Rulman San. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. It was established in 1992 in OSTİM, the largest trade center of the Middle East. He started his business life in the 80s, when Turkey made a breakthrough. In those years, the bearing industry was dependent on three or five companies. These were the years when the machine design was made according to the bearing. In lathes, it was tried to turn the industrial wheels with primitive methods by taking the inner diameter from the outer diameter and making the bag. Those were the years when the telephone was used to communicate by printing, there was no fax, and the computer was shown in the movies Space 1990. It was under these conditions that the work began.

It has become a company that has done business with almost all OSTİM companies in OSTİM, which is the heart of the machine. It worked between 05:30 in the morning and 23:00 in the evening. By keeping our machine manufacturers informed of all innovations, we helped them to make powerful, fast, competitive machines in the world. Both financing and technology support were provided. As we enter 2015, we see that our efforts were not wasted. Dozens of our customers, who started their business with three people working in 50 square meters, contribute to the economy of our country with hundreds of personnel in thousands of square meters. As Ceylan Rulman, we developed ourselves and established a bearing design center and bearing supply center.

We made joint designs, joint studies, seminars and exchange of ideas with engineers from dozens of machinery manufacturing companies. If we claim that we are at the top in terms of experience, we are not being arrogant.

Our branches in the cities of Istanbul and Izmir, which are within our structure, and our personnel who regularly serve the whole of the Black Sea, Central Anatolia, Marmara, Mediterranean and Aegean, work with devotion. In addition to these, we have many years of cooperation with the German KFB brand Bearing Development Center and the world's largest roller bearing manufacturer in Romania, Rulmenti. We offer GoodYear and Contitech high quality products to Turkish industrialists in V-belts. In bearings and pulleys, we produce quality products locally, even from companies that say we are the best quality on paper, and provide advantages to our country in three types.
