Apeks Paint and Coating facility was established in August 2007 at 5/A, 36th Street, Ostim, on an 830 m² covered area, and started its operations with electrostatic powder coating processes.
The main sections of the facility can be listed as the spray surface cleaning line, drying oven, powder coating booth, baking oven, and conveyor line. Our facility's spray surface cleaning line consists of degreasing baths, phosphating baths, rinsing and passivation tanks. Surface cleaning and coating are achieved by spraying the chemical substance from the tanks located at the bottom of the spray line through nozzles under pressure.
Parts exiting the spray line pass through a drying oven and then to a paint booth. Thanks to two windows positioned diagonally in the paint booth, parts can be painted on both sides simultaneously. The paint booth used features a filter-based recyclable powder coating system. In this system, powder particles are not broken down, thus preserving the quality of the paint's surface appearance during the recycling process. After the paint booth, the metal parts go to a baking oven.
Our facility has an 112-meter conveyor line, where metal parts are hung from one point on the line, coated, and painted, and then retrieved from the same point. We can paint parts up to 2.5m x 0.9m x 0.6m in size.
All sections of the facility can be controlled and their temperature values monitored via the control panel located on the electrical unit.
The chemical used in our facility is more advantageous than other systems in terms of human health and environmental cleanliness. This chemical can be used for phosphate coating of both aluminum and DKP sheet metal.
