SMD Line Quality Control: The SMD assembly line has been designed to allow production without manual intervention, fulfilling the primary condition for error-free production. By maintaining a constant and necessary ambient temperature, the margin of error in solder consistency is eliminated. Our quality is always at the highest level due to the selection of high-quality lead-free solder paste with a high silver content. Our screen printer is a fully automatic and high-precision machine. In this way, the process of applying solder in the correct proportion and without errors, which is one of the most important stages, can be done automatically and flawlessly. Measuring the oven's temperature every two hours is of great importance in solder quality. Our Quality Policy: Our China office and our continuous visits to Europe, America, and the Far East, including exhibitions and production lines... We visit factories and gather detailed information.
