Founded in 1982, FERNAS has been operating in the Middle East, South Asia, Turkic Republics, and Turkey since its inception. Our Group's main areas of activity are construction, energy production, urban natural gas distribution, industry, mining, food, and tourism, and our operations in these sectors continue to grow.

Our group undertook and successfully completed the construction of our country's first strategically important natural gas storage facility. We have also completed numerous construction projects, primarily including industrial facilities, oil and gas pipelines, dams, irrigation canals, highways, railways, telecommunications, infrastructure, and superstructure construction.

With its hydroelectric power plants, wind power plants, and solar power plant, the company produces energy entirely from renewable sources, with a total installed capacity of 610 MW, of which 380 MW is currently in operation.

In 2007, the Energy Market Regulatory Authority granted permission to establish and operate a natural gas distribution system within the borders of Diyarbakır province, to distribute natural gas to residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Our group of companies has prioritized industrial investments and, accordingly, has invested in a total of 14 factories and production facilities in Aksaray, Ankara, and Batman provinces. These factories and production facilities manufacture gypsum, gypsum boards, concrete primer, construction chemicals, and vehicle brake systems.

FERNAS GIDA, one of the Fernas Group Companies, was established to represent our group in the food sector. In this context, the company has invested in orchards, a fruit juice factory, and a cold storage facility. Thanks to these investments, the company exports food products.

Our group of companies has planned investments in the tourism sector, and as a first step, has made a hotel investment in Bodrum/Muğla. Our group aims to grow in the tourism sector and continues to explore investment opportunities accordingly.
