Zeugma Künefe, which opened its first branch in Bursa Özlüce in 2016, opened its second branch in Ankara Balgat in 2017. It later continued its operations by opening branches in Batıkent, Eryaman, and Mamak districts.
Encouraged by your appreciation and interest, we continue to serve our valued Zeugma Künefe lovers with confident steps in Eskişehir, Batman, Kırşehir and Diyarbakır (as SALİH USTA in Diyarbakır), reaching a total of 13 branches in the Turkish market.

Our goal is to create a sustainable production infrastructure that ensures all products used in the production process are sourced from within our own resources in a way that does not harm human health.
While expanding our dealer network, we also plan to proportionally improve production quality, increase the brand value of our country with the dealerships we open all over Turkey, and not compromise on the unique characteristics of Zeugma Künefe in all the steps taken to become a brand.
Since its establishment, its products have been entirely organic, and first-class butter (glared butter), pistachios, clotted cream, and dough are transported from our hometown Gaziantep to our branches using special cold chain systems.
We would like to emphasize that our flavors are produced with inimitable ingredients, meaning you won't have the chance to eat a künefe like the one you eat at Zeugma Künefe anywhere else.
