I entered the heat treatment sector in 1979 at İskitler Iron Industry. From 1979 to 2000, I held positions as a partner, heat treatment production manager, and quality control manager in several companies.

I established my own company (Akalın Isıl İşlem Çelik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti) in 2000 and, in a very short time, managed to become one of the leading companies in the sector.

Furthermore, following Akalın Isıl İşlem Çelik San. ve Tic. Ltd., I established AKL Çelik Metal Sanayi ve Dış. Tic. Ltdi. in 2010 to address the shortage of tool steel in Ankara, specifically the sale of Metal Ravne tool steel.

In the first months of 2018, we opened our new German-made Aichelin brand heat treatment branch with atmosphere-controlled chambers, located 30 meters from our main office.

Today, Akalın Heat Treatment continues to provide the best service at its factory in Ankara Ostim, serving the defense industry, machine spare parts, gears, molds, tractors, automotive, construction machinery, medical, powder metallurgy, stainless aluminum, mining, casting, and plastics sectors, with its metallurgical engineers and experienced team, along with 24/7 modern laboratory services and heat treatment processes.
