GALVAPAK GALVANİZ, with its staff who have served the sector for many years and are proficient in surface treatment, hot-dip galvanizing processes and workflows, started its operations in the Ostim Industrial Zone in 2016.

In our facility, built using all the possibilities of technology, our surface treatment preparation pools, which constitute the most important part of the hot-dip galvanizing process, are designed as automatic and drum systems. In line with our innovative, environmentally friendly, and safety- and human-centered policies in the sector, our centrifugal coating furnace is designed with PLC control to provide timely and high-quality service to our valued customers and business partners.

The centrifugal hot-dip galvanizing process carried out in our facility complies with TS 914 EN 1461 - TS EN ISO 10684 standards, and is performed with systems that prevent environmental impacts and minimize waste on-site, while also ensuring the prevention of metal corrosion and the efficient use of resources.
