In 2013, two successful entrepreneurs who believed in the industrial kitchen sector combined their experience and expertise to establish SB Doğuş Mutfak.

Starting with limited resources, Soner Ünal and Birol Boran, along with a small but strong team of like-minded, hardworking, and perfection-seeking individuals, have begun to surpass their leading competitors in the sector. In the industrial kitchen sector, they are frequently mentioned for their stainless steel preparation, cafeteria, dishwashing, cooking, and cooling equipment, display products, shelving, and new products and successes in the medical sector. Today, the company, which has been operating for four years, designs and manufactures products for industrial-type use in the production of stainless steel kitchenware.

While the industrial kitchen sector in Europe has a century-long history, in Turkey, the kitchen sector began in the 1970s but has rapidly developed to a level where it can compete with the West today.
