The 7th Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the OSTİM Medical Industry Cluster was held in the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Conference Hall. During the General Assembly, the members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board were elected.
Speaking at the opening of the General Assembly, Orhan Aydın, Chairman of the Board of Directors of OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone, explained OSTİM's clustering efforts. Emphasizing that the clusters in OSTİM operate with a philosophy of cooperation, synergy, and collaborative competition, Aydın stated, “We know that the concept of cooperation is formed through clusters. Cluster members consist of domestic and national producers, and the Ministries are aware of this. With our 7 clusters, we see that we can change some things in Turkey's policies.”
Aydın, highlighting the importance of the OSTİM Medical Industry Cluster in Turkey's domestic and national health technology ecosystem, said, "We will develop health technologies in our country together. We are carrying out clustering activities to serve our companies, our region, and for the good of our region, our country, and the world. I would like to thank all the managers who have contributed to and played a role in bringing the OSTİM Medical Industry Cluster to where it is today."
Orhan Aydın, Chairman of the OSTİM OSB Board of Directors, was unanimously elected as the Chairman of the General Assembly.
The General Assembly was attended by OSTİM OSB Deputy Chairman Sıtkı Öztuna, OSTİM OSB Board Member Behzat Zeydan, OSTİM OSB Regional Manager Adem Arıcı, OSTİM Foundation Manager Gülnaz Karaosmanoğlu, and cluster members.
Nilsu Erkanlı, Coordinator of the OSTİM Medical Industry Cluster, read the cluster's activity report and income and expenditure accounts.
Following the discussions, the activity report, income and expenditure accounts, and the audit committee report were unanimously approved.
The following individuals were elected to the Board of Directors at the General Assembly: Fatin Dağçınar (HODJATECH), Yılmaz Salık (MİXTA), Selin Ariç (DORATEK), Onur Emre Gül (MEDTİM), Servet Kurumoğlu (DİSPOSET), Umut Doğu Kaya (NECATİ KAYA), Mehmet Aydıngün (TMS), Turabi Ünal (FİZYOMED), and Fikret Küçükdeveci (KARDINERO).
Behzat Zeydan (OSTİM OSB), Osman Başhan (MOSLAB), and Hasan Hüseyin Ayar (METISAFE) were elected to the Supervisory Board.
