Sıtkı Öztuna, the Deputy Chairman of OSTİM Cooperative, was unanimously elected as the Chairman of the General Assembly.
Orhan Aydın, Chairman of the Board of Directors of OSTİM Cooperative, recalled the innovations and exemplary practices that OSTİM Cooperative has implemented in Ankara and Turkey since its establishment. Recalling the letter sent by the founders and members of OSTİM Cooperative to the General Staff in 1974 during the Cyprus Peace Operation, declaring their readiness to meet the needs of the Turkish Armed Forces, Chairman Aydın stated that OSTİM is ready to serve with the same sentiment today.
Chairman Aydın, noting that Ankara is the city with the largest industrial area in Turkey, emphasized OSTİM's role in the development of industry in Ankara and shared with the general assembly participants the role it plays in Turkey's development today with its clusters, technopark, and university.
The OSTİM Cooperative's 2025 activity report and income-expenditure accounts were read, discussed, and then unanimously approved.

In the election held to determine the members of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board, the current Board of Directors was re-elected, renewing its mandate. OSTİM Cooperative Board of Directors Chairman Orhan Aydın thanked the general assembly delegates for their trust and support.
The Board of Directors of S.S. OSTİM Industrial Zone Operating Cooperative consists of the following members: Orhan Aydın, Sıtkı Öztuna, Behzat Zeydan, İsmail Özdemir, and Ziya Yalçın. The Supervisory Board consists of Mehmet Akif Irkılata and Ahmet Murat.
