  • Requests, suggestions, and complaints submitted to the OSTİM OSB Customer Relations Coordination Office are objectively evaluated using the Customer Satisfaction Management System and processed to be resolved as quickly as possible.
  • We measure the customer satisfaction rates of our service providers through both telephone and SMS surveys.
  • Our goal, as a TSE-approved 10002 Customer Satisfaction Quality Management System holder, is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and prevent the recurrence of complaints.
  • Ensuring coordination between units in the activities of OSB Service Units.
  • Providing information to companies about OSB activities and units.
