Our Regional Directorate collects information regarding electricity and natural gas subscriptions, business opening and operating licenses, applications and petitions submitted to our regional directorate, consent letters for title deeds and bank mortgages, applications for zoning and construction procedures, information required for accounting procedures, information obtained during the provision of environmental safety and inspection services, and information obtained during the provision of clustering, foreign trade, and digital transformation services.
Through the completion of various forms and surveys on membership or online transactions, members provide certain personal information about themselves (such as name, surname, company information, telephone number, address, or email address), which is collected by our Regional Directorate as required by the nature of the business.
Our Regional Directorate may periodically send its members information about campaigns, new services, announcements regarding services offered, and product and service announcements deemed appropriate by our Regional Directorate.
