Integrated Management Systems Policy

As OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Directorate, we aim to ensure sustainable success in all areas where we serve our industrialists;

  • To manage our Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Energy Management and Information Security Management Systems processes in an integrated structure, with a risk and opportunity-based thinking approach,

  • To identify and control the environmental impacts arising from our activities,

  • Implementing preventive and detection controls against cyber threats,
  • Increasing awareness by providing continuous training to our employees and encouraging their active participation in the implementation of our management systems,
  • Measuring the performance of all our management systems through periodic reviews, setting goals consistent with our strategic direction and continuously improving our systems,
  • Regularly analyzing the internal and external context and taking stakeholder expectations into account,
  • Full compliance with national and international legal requirements and regulations related to our activities. We hereby declare and undertake to provide this.
