M-D2 Engineering started its operations in 2005 within the body of METU-Teknokent in Ankara. The mission of M-D2 Engineering is to develop original design products for special-purpose equipment and test systems needed in the defense industry, to ensure that these products are produced domestically and to be used by customers. to provide ongoing support throughout the process. In addition, M-D2 has made it its mission to create the system technology infrastructure that is missing in the chemical recovery/recycling and destruction sector for the defense industry.

It designs systems/subsystems and special equipment for the projects it has developed, and performs the installation, commissioning, user training, documentation and maintenance of systems and equipment. In addition to project development studies, it provides technical consultancy services within the scope of its mission and sells analysis equipment of foreign origin.
