OSTİM Board Chairman Orhan Aydın expressed his hope that the Presidential Government System and the new Cabinet announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan would be beneficial for our country and nation. Aydın stated, "As the manufacturing world, and especially as SMEs, we will provide all possible contributions, support, and efforts."
Aydın, pointing out that Turkey is an extremely important country for all of humanity, the Islamic world, and friendly and brotherly countries, said, “Turkey is a country that the whole world is watching. Especially the eyes and expectations of oppressed nations are on us. Therefore, what is done in Turkey does not only concern Ankara and Turkey. It concerns all these expectations. Therefore, the work done affects the whole world, and especially the Islamic world. Therefore, Turkey has no time to lose.”
Noting that these hopes are focused on the new governance system, Orhan Aydın said: “We need a structure that will focus on the development of the country in a state of complete mobilization. We hope and wish that the new structure will meet these expectations. Let us be producing a new world model from here, first for our country, then for our immediate region, the Islamic world and humanity.”
The Responsibility Given by History and Geography
Our expectation and wish is for a development policy that prioritizes education, production, and exports. This policy will make significant contributions to our country. We must all mobilize, work, and produce together. The new structure contains a dynamism that can respond to this. We, as the production world, especially as SMEs, will provide all kinds of contributions, support, and efforts to the best of our ability. We are obliged to do so. Without production, without prioritizing production, it seems impossible to solve any problem.
As Turkey, we stand at the center of a responsibility. This is a responsibility given by history and geography. Our entire history and past are full of such examples. Therefore, there is a government that is aware of its responsibility. The fact that our President, in particular, believes in this will motivate everyone. On this path, together we will witness the establishment of a new world.”
