The Ankara Development Agency's 2025 State Support Information Meeting and Business Forum was held in the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Conference Hall, in collaboration with the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Regional Directorate, OSTİM Technical University, and OSTİM Technopark.
During the meeting, information was shared about the support programs, loans, and incentives implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Technology – General Directorate of Incentive Implementation and Foreign Capital, the Ministry of Industry and Technology – General Directorate of R&D Incentives, the Ministry of Trade, Eximbank, KOSGEB, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (KKYDP), TÜBİTAK, TKDK, and SGK.
Within the scope of the Business Forum, companies organized by the OSTİM Technical University Technology Transfer Office held business meetings with OSTİM Technical University faculty members to discuss university-industry collaboration opportunities.
OSTİM Technical University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Polat stated that they are ready to answer companies' questions in the Business Forum section with 10 faculty members. Polat emphasized the importance of developing the university's role within the ecosystem in university, industry, and public sector collaboration.
It is very valuable for companies to connect with support programs.
Speaking at the opening of the meeting, Orhan Aydın, Chairman of the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Board of Directors and Member of the Ankara Development Agency Board of Directors, expressed his pleasure at hosting the meeting and thanked the Ankara Development Agency.
Aydın, noting that OSTİM has been an incubator for entrepreneurs since its establishment, said, “It is very valuable that our companies are meeting with state support. The majority of our companies in OSTİM, and even in Ankara, are SMEs. Hopefully, this event will contribute to our companies and be the beginning of their growth and development.”
“With new support, our doors are open to you”
Dr. Duhan Kalkan, Secretary General of the Ankara Development Agency, stated that the agency enjoys connecting entrepreneurs with government support. Emphasizing the need for a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem, including companies, women, and young people, Kalkan noted that the agency has launched over 1,000 projects to date.
Kalkan continued: “Now, with new opportunities and new support, our doors are open to you. Follow our support programs. We will be by your side on this path to realizing your dreams as much as we can. Because we know that the future of a strong Turkey is built on an entrepreneurial ecosystem. The Ankara Development Agency is always with you.”
