The OSTİM Board of Directors paid a congratulatory visit to Sezai Uçarmak, who was appointed as Deputy Minister of Trade.

OSTİM Chairman Orhan Aydın informed Uçarmak about OSTİM's projects supported by the Ministry of Trade. Aydın explained that OSTİM's e-Commerce Project and UR-GE projects are supported by the Ministry of Trade.
Aydın stated that the UR-GE projects carried out by clusters operating in OSTİM in the sectors of construction and industrial machinery, defense and aerospace, rail systems, medical, rubber, energy and communication technologies have made significant contributions to the exports of SMEs, and added, "With UR-GE projects, we have become able to compare ourselves with the world."
Exports are exciting
Deputy Minister of Trade Sezai Uçurmak also stated that they are closely following the work in OSTİM. Expressing his excitement about the tradesmen becoming exporters, Uçurmak said, “Exporting is a matter of culture; you produce, you try to sell to the world. OSTİM has a deeper structure than it appears from the outside.”
During the visit, the OSTİM management also met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yavuz Selim Kıran and informed him about the international projects being carried out in the region.
