The major gathering will be held at the ATO Congresium in Ankara between October 12-14, 2022, with the support of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey's Defence Industry Directorate and the Ministry of Trade, and organized by the OSTİM Defence and Aerospace Cluster (OSSA).

At ICDDA 2022, VIMEET, a French company that is a world leader in B2B events and has provided B2B services for many events including Eurosatory 2022 and Farnborough International Airshow 2022, will participate as a co-organizer.

Rich content and business opportunities

ICDDA aims to assist major industrial and SME firms operating in military and civilian, defense, aviation, and space sectors in finding new markets, seizing business opportunities, and establishing business partnerships. Its scope includes bilateral business meetings, conferences, seminars, and industrial visits to identify target countries and regions with unique needs and opportunities, and to transform potential cooperation possibilities in the defense and aviation sectors into concrete steps.

With its rich program, ICDDA is extremely important for revealing business and investment opportunities in our country. It is a productive platform for capturing supply chain-focused cooperation and business opportunities through pre-planned bilateral business meetings between manufacturing and service provider companies and purchasing and supply chain officials.

At ICDDA 2022, participating companies will have the opportunity to showcase their expertise in civil and military fields by meeting with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), Tier 1 and 2 suppliers, and related institutions over three days. The event will also feature a series of conferences moderated by experienced professionals on topics such as civil aviation, land-sea-air systems, homeland security technologies, sustainability, and supply chain development.

The second and third days of the event offer professionals important information and panels for sharing and understanding the scientific, industrial, technical, and commercial changes in the market.

The 4th ICDDA, held from October 23-25, 2018, saw the participation of 260 companies from 60 countries, facilitating 5,700 B2B meetings. In addition to leading companies from Türkiye and abroad, government agencies, military authorities, and hundreds of talented small and medium-sized enterprises also attended the event.
