Online services, which ensured the continuity of business processes during the pandemic, have become permanent in OSTİM. OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Directorate, with its visionary management approach, has moved its fast and uninterrupted services to its members online. In the region, which houses more than 6,200 companies, permit applications for companies exempted from weekend restrictions at the beginning of the pandemic were processed online.
Online transactions allow companies' requests to be met without delay, while preventing congestion that could occur at the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Regional Directorate under pandemic conditions, thus contributing to the protection of the health of both employees and company representatives.
Companies in OSTİM can access various services offered by the Regional Directorate, such as electricity and natural gas subscriptions, business opening and operating licenses, real estate sales and bank transactions with a certificate of no debt, e-archive invoice inquiry, zoning plan and road elevation applications, and similar processes, all with a single click via the website [https://online.ostim.org.tr/].
OSTİM members can evaluate the service they received through survey questions sent to their mobile phones after the transaction.
Mobile applications are also being developed.
Mustafa Aktaş, the Information and Communication Technologies Manager of OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone, stated that they will continue to add new online services. Explaining that all bills can be paid through the system with the developed online payment system, Aktaş said, “Subscribers will be able to view all their current statements and track their electricity and natural gas consumption amounts. We are also developing mobile applications for online services. Thanks to this, our electricity subscribers will be able to monitor their reactive power consumption and check for potential penalties.”
