Murat Çerçi, the Administrative Affairs Manager, provided information about MAYTEM's founding purpose, explaining that the founders have many years of experience in the sector.
Çerçi stated, "It's not just about practical training, but also about transferring the theoretical aspects of the job to welders through training. We also have external experts who are specialists in their field, possess sectoral experience and knowledge, and are capable of providing training."
Çerçi explained that they will provide training in groups of 15 and 30 people in periods of 2 and 3 months, saying, “We will train people who have no prior knowledge of welding and offer them to industrialists for employment. We will meet the welder needs of companies. At the same time, we will address the training deficiencies of existing welding masters.”
OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Regional Director Adem Arıcı stated that the Regional Directorate will continue to support training activities.
ORSİAD President Nedret Yener stated that the training of skilled welders is valuable for industrialists.
OSTİM Board Chairman Orhan Aydın emphasized the importance of providing the training service in OSTİM, stating, "We believe that welding training is very much in demand in our region. It will greatly benefit our companies in the region."
