The Presidency of the Republic of Turkey's Human Resources Office conducts collaborations in the field of human resources with member and observer countries within the Organization of Turkic States.
Within the framework of the memorandum of understanding signed with the Public Services Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Human Resources Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, which carries out joint activities in areas such as strategic human resources management, employee training, and talent management, brought together a delegation consisting of 17 Regional Governors and 2 City Governors from Uzbekistan with OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone for the purpose of gaining information and experience.
A delegation from the Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan, headed by Muzaffar Makhmadamınov, received information from OSTİM about the establishment, management, and energy systems of organized industrial zones.
“We are committed to collaborations”
Addressing the delegation, OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Board Chairman Orhan Aydın said, “We are committed to developing collaborations. We do not separate Turkey and Uzbekistan. We are working to take what you have and share what we have with you. This place is yours. We, along with our team, are at the service of our Governors.”
OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Regional Manager Adem Arıcı provided the delegation with information about OSTİM. Arıcı explained the OSTİM model transfer efforts they are undertaking with Ohangaron Tech Industrial, noting that OSTİM's activities in Uzbekistan are steadily increasing.
Arıcı provided the delegation with detailed information about the electricity and natural gas management system in OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone and answered the participants' questions.
