Özcanlar Lastik was founded in 1975 by İbrahim Özcan, who is still the general manager of the company. The process, which started with the sale of used tires in Ankara's Yeni Sanayi region under the conditions at that time, continued with the sale of new tires in 1978 by getting the dealership of the Uniroyal brand.
