OSTİM gained Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) status in 1997. The OSB Directorate provides all infrastructure and superstructure services for the region and carries out activities to increase the competitiveness of the companies in the region. It guides companies through their digitalization processes with Industry 4.0 applications, smart manufacturing systems, and automation solutions. Ostim Digital Transformation Office
Within the scope of studies initiated with sectoral competition analysis, and especially taking into account the successes achieved worldwide as a regional development model, clustering projects have been implemented in highly competitive sectors. In OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone, one of the regions with the most intensive clustering activities in Türkiye, seven different clusters – business and construction machinery, renewable energy and environmental technologies, defense and aerospace, rubber technologies, rail systems, medical and communication technologies – produce domestic and national solutions for the needs of the country.
