PIL-TEK Energy Systems Industry and Trade Limited Company was established in May 2016 with the aim of designing, developing, manufacturing, selling, and marketing military and civilian battery technologies (reserve batteries, lithium batteries, etc.), as well as designing and manufacturing related sub-technologies. The company's main objective is to produce high-technology reserve batteries domestically, using local resources, to meet the needs of domestic defense industry organizations such as Aselsan Inc., Roketsan Inc., TÜBİTAK SAGE, and the Machinery and Chemical Industry Corporation, which conduct ammunition development and production activities.

The momentum our country has gained in defense industry technologies in recent years is remarkable. As established in the decisions of the Defense Industry Executive Committee, efforts are being planned and implemented to ensure a high rate of domestic production in high-technology ammunition. In this context, our company's activities are perfectly aligned with the goal of producing reserve batteries, a critical subcomponent previously procured from abroad, using domestic resources, and increasing the domestic production rate in smart ammunition systems.
