At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone held on Thursday, April 25, 2024, a Regional Working Area Decision was made for companies engaged in construction machinery, heavy vehicle repair and maintenance and vehicle-mounted equipment repair and maintenance (companies that manufacture and maintain heavy vehicles, vehicle-mounted machinery or equipment such as tankers, mobile cranes, vehicle-mounted transport and loading/unloading elevators), **road and asphalt machinery repair, maintenance and manufacturing, truck, van, trailer, bodywork repair and manufacturing, body painting, brake maintenance and repair activities, as well as logistics, cargo and transportation companies.
The decision states that ** firms holding existing business opening and operating licenses in the above-mentioned fields of activity** will be allowed to continue operating at their current addresses as long as they do not change their name, type of business, transfer their company and/or business, do not harm the environment, do not cause traffic congestion, and operate in compliance with all regulations.
Otherwise, if the Regional Directorate determines that the business is undergoing a change of name, change of type, transfer of company and/or business, causing damage to the environment and infrastructure, or creating traffic congestion that endangers lives and property, and this situation continues despite warnings, the Business Opening and Operating Licenses will be revoked.
For firms whose business opening and operating licenses have been revoked, future license applications for the same business activity will be directed to areas determined by the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone General Assembly, and permission to obtain operating licenses will be granted in those areas.
** For New License / Address Change or Branch Opening Applications; **
As of April 25, 2024, companies wishing to establish new businesses, change addresses, or open branches in our region within the aforementioned activity areas will be granted business opening and operating licenses if they operate in suitable premises within the following areas: Kuruçayırlı Industrial Zone, Ayyıldız Industrial Site, Keresteciler Industrial Site, the area between 1169th and 1178th Streets (1177th, 1176th, 1175th, 1174th, 1173rd, 1172nd, 1171st, 1171/1st Streets), Örnek Industrial Site (the area between the intersection of 1256th and 1255th Streets and Mehmet Akif Ersoy Street and Alınteri Boulevard), Yıldız Industrial Site, and the 3rd Parties Zone (the area between Bağdat Street, Ferit Alnar Street, and Abdulhalik Renda Street).
Business opening and operating licenses will not be granted to firms in the sectors mentioned above, outside of these areas.
Companies operating in the fields of logistics, transportation, cargo, etc., will be permitted to operate in the areas specified above, provided they demonstrate loading, unloading, and drop-off areas within their business premises in a way that does not obstruct road and regional traffic, the entry and exit of other companies, or similar activities; provide designated parking areas for their vehicles in a manner that does not endanger environmental and traffic safety; and make commitments regarding these matters, or if they operate in a business premises located on an independent plot within the designated area.
