Security Deposit Inquiry

• The security deposit will be refunded in case of contract cancellation.
• The security deposit amount will be updated according to Article 29 of the Electricity Market Consumer Services Regulation, taking into account the contract cancellation date, and will be refunded accordingly.
• If there are unpaid debts after the contract cancellation, the updated security deposit amount will be deducted from the debt.
• The remaining portion of the security deposit after the deduction will be refunded. If the security deposit is insufficient to cover the debt, you will be informed of the remaining amount. NOTE: For detailed information, please contact the Customer Service Department at 0312 354 50 72.
