Applications for the planned unlicensed production facility can only be submitted once per month via the application form on our Regional Directorate's website, and no corrections can be made to the application. Additionally, no physical documents will be accepted.

The e-signature used on documents uploaded to the system must belong to the authorized company official, the company official authorized by power of attorney, or the individual authorized by power of attorney who submitted the application. For situations requiring power of attorney, the power of attorney document must also be uploaded to the system.
